Return Policy

We offer an exchange or store credit on items purchased if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase. Our exchange and returns policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you store credit or exchange.

Select products like restored to function antiques such as antiques telephones or lamps come with a 90 day warranty guaranteeing function.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where exchanges or store credit cannot be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery or pickup.

  • Gift cards.

We do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit.  

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If wish to exchange your item or use store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. We require that you send your item tracked.
